It was much easier adjusting to our new life with 2 kids than it was when we first brought Alexis home. The biggest challenge I faced was taking care of Alexis and trying to keep the family room cleaned. I like things to be picked up and neat and it was hard not to try and keep things looking organized while I was trying to recover. One of the first days we were back from the hospital Alexis put all her calico critter babies to sleep in Jaxon's bouncy seat and made sure they were covered with a blanket. I just love how sweet she is.
Alexis has enjoyed spending regular time in the bouncy seat. It is just so funny because we bought this bouncy seat when she was a baby because we thought she might like it but overall she didn't care for it.
Alexis would wear her pajamas most of the time but if she did agree to wear clothes she had to pick them out and would usually pick out things that were getting too small for her and things that didn't necessarily match. She is enjoying a movie and making sure her bunny enjoys it as well.
Alexis loves to make sure Jaxon is covered up and has some toys while he is sleeping.
Alexis pulled up a chair and was holding Jaxon's hand while watching Mickey Mouse. It is so sweet how much she loves and cares for him. It makes me so happy.
Alexis had to make sure Jaxon had access to her Caillou DVD! It's a good thing he can sleep soundly!
